How do you create a citation in MLA 7th edition style?

  4. Other contributors (Editor, translator, etc.)
  5. Version (Edition, revision, etc.)
  6. Number (Volume and/or issue number)
  7. Publisher
  8. Publication date
  9. Location (Page numbers, URL, DOI, etc.)
